2021 Leadership Programs

Emerging Leaders Program

AIA Fort Worth is excited to offer the chapter’s first annual Leadership Program on a virtual platform at a highly subsidized rate.

The Emerging Leaders Program identifies, cultivates, and mentors young leaders in three areas of leadership: the firm, the profession, and our community. Originated 13 years ago through AIA Dallas, this year the program is being offered as a pilot virtual experience with AIA Dallas and AIA San Antonio.  The program has more than 240 graduates and draws rave reviews through its curriculum that combines leadership discussions led by Peter DeLisle, PhD, Hon. TxA, the class-developed panels, and a class project benefiting the greater community.

“I am passionate about the practice of architecture. I love what I do and I love the people I practice with… Every day I strive to learn something new and to become a better professional. Participating in the AIA Emerging Leaders Program this past year has allowed me to keep learning and has been an amazing experience. It has enhanced my appreciation for the practice of our craft.” – Morgan Harrison, AIA, 2017 Emerging Leaders Program Graduate
