MARTINEZ ARCHITECTS is looking to hire full-time or part-time architects or designers with 1 - 10+ years experience working at commercial architecture firms. Potential Responsibilities (dependent on position)
• Programming
• Schematic Design & Design Development
• Code Compliance and coordination of the permitting process with staff
• Construction Documents using Revit and management of technical staff
• Sub-consultant coordination
• Quality Control review of construction documents
• Cost control during design and construction
• Field documentation of project sites in all phases
• Contractor Submittal review and RFI response coordination with staff
• Reliability and Responsibility in remote-work scenarios Qualifications Experience with municipal, educational, and commercial buildings is preferred. Experience with Public Safety facilities is desired. Proven experience with all stages of design should be evident for the position desired.
