Position Available: PROJECT COORDINATOR – ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTION

Location: FORT WORTH, TEXAS

 

ELEMENTS OF ARCHITECTURE, INC. (Elements) is a well-established commercial architecture firm founded 29 years ago by its current owner, Debbie Fulwiler, AIA.  We are located in the Near Southside District of Fort Worth. Our projects include municipal, office, industrial, healthcare, higher education, retail, and mission critical for public and private clients.

Notable local projects include the rehabilitation of the Pioneer Tower at Will Rogers Memorial Center and the Rockwood Golf Course Clubhouse. We are actively involved in other high-profile projects such as the renovation of old Fort Worth City Hall/Parking Garage, the expansion and renovation of the Fort Worth Convention Center, and the new Texas A&M University School of Law Fort Worth Campus. 

Elements has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be a key member of our team working as Project Coordinator. This position will require working on multiple projects, providing production support for the assigned Project Manager and collaborating with our outside consultants to ensure that production schedules are met throughout the entire project. This individual should possess the following qualifications:

·       Degree in Architecture, with significant progress made toward obtaining a Professional Architecture License

·       Minimum of five years of progressive professional experience

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and other basic software tools of the industry

·       Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization as well as clients and consultants

·       Ability to work well handling multiple projects and multiple tasks

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Willingness and desire to lead in a collaborative environment

·       Advancement in the firm is based on proven ability and desire to take on responsibilities

·       Responsible for meeting project schedules and budgets across all design/construction phases

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills for multiple project assignments and independence
