Projects

·       Design of projects on a variety of scales

·       Guide translation of design concepts into construction documents for both interior and exterior systems

·       Represent the firm in the community, attend networking events and participate in other activities that promote firm initiatives

 

Skills and Education required:

·        Positive attitude and experience leading teams

·        Experience with staff development preferred

·        Knowledge of architectural practice, including design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies

·        Demonstrated design skills

·        Demonstrate technical proficiency and creative problem solving

·        Ability to synthesize firm initiatives and cascade information to the staff in a meaningful way

·        Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills

·        Ability to multi-task & work on multiple projects concurrently

EXPERIENCE
