Gingerbread Build-Off Competition
We’re excited to announce our first Gingerbread Build-Off!! This Design-Build event provides an opportunity for building industry professionals to show off their design skills. Teams will construct their confections at a location of their choosing and bring them to a holiday reception for judging.

Gold Sponsor - $500 | You will receive your logo on our aia website event page, on all printed materials and on all social media posts. You will be invited to the Gingerbread Build-Off Reception with speaking opportunity and table display.
Prize Sponsor - $250 | Your company’s name or an individual’s name on one of our awards. We will tag your company or you in a unique social media post with a photo of the award winner’s submission.

COMPETITION RULES
Teams will construct their confections at a location and time of their own choosing and bring the completed projects to WRG per the schedule.
Houses or structures should be completely edible (no glue or inedible accessories.) Non-edible items are limited to the display surface and lighting.
You may use any edible material that you like. You may use purchased materials, kits, or homemade materials that are edible.
This event is for AIAfw members, however member-led teams can include friends, family, consultants, etc.
Final entry must fit on 24”x24” display board or smaller. You may decorate the display board.
Each team may present one printed 8.5” x 11” page of information to the judges. The judges are not required to review or consider this information. Teams are not required to present this information.
You may not pay another company to complete the design or build.
Each team may submit one entry. Individuals may submit one entry each.

•Though not required, we encourage you to share updates of your progress on social media and tag AIA Fort Worth. (Without giving away your final design or trade secrets, obviously.)
