This yearly event brings together 100 shooters for a day of fun, food, and ‘target practice’ in the fall. All proceeds from this event benefit the chapter’s scholarship programs, including the Charles R. Adams Memorial Scholarship, giving scholarships to architecture students at UT Arlington School of Architecture.

*All Shooters must sign the safety waiver.

*All Shooters should arrive early for lunch and instructions and be ready to begin the event on time.  Shooting will begin sharply at 1:00 Pm. 

TIME: 12:00pm Registration, 1:00pm start (volunteers should arrive by 11:00am)

FORMAT: 5 person team (team name is required for groups of 5)

COST: $600 per team, $125 individual shooter

Boxed lunches will be available during registration, BBQ Cookoff voting and dinner will be held after the tournament.

This event is an excellent way to increase visibility, networking, and camaraderie among architects, specifiers, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, engineers and consultants. Sponsorships benefit the AIAFW scholarship programs.

SILVER SPONSOR: $1500

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! This sponsorship includes recognition on banners and signs. You will receive 1 free shooter, a table for displaying company literature or handouts, and your logo in AIAFW social media posts

STATION SPONSOR: $1000

This sponsorship includes signage at your station, recognition at the event Awards Ceremony, and their logo in AIAFW social media posts. Stations Sponsors may elect to man their designated Station and provide promotional items to distribute to the shooters. Those choosing to have a representative at their station must arrive and be set up 30 minutes prior to start. *A designated station will be given each Station Sponsor, and any chairs or tables needed must be provided by the Sponsor.

BRONZE SPONSOR: $500

You can choose to be included as a Beverage, Beer, Water, Trophy & Awards, Prize Gun, or Signage Sponsor. Sponsors at this level will receive signage at the event, recognition at the event Awards Ceremony and a listing in AIAFW social media posts.
